Last week ECIS team had the opportunity to visit Gramona, a centenary and magnificent wine cellar located in Sant Sadurni D’Anoia (Penedès) and committed to Sustainability and biodynamic winemaking.
The whole cellar from its buildings, to the lands and wine production has been conceived with natural materials and only use natural and organic elements such as animal and vegetable compost or medicinal plants to respect the environment.
Renewable energies and farm animals are also involved in the whole process of wine making, where chemicals are not welcome at all.
